Admissions Process
A personalized admissions journey that starts with understanding your child.

Your Child Is More Than a Test Score.
Choosing a school is a deeply personal decision, and we believe it starts with understanding your child, not just their numbers. Our admissions process is intentionally designed to be thoughtful, supportive, and pressure-free, giving families the time and guidance needed to make the right choice. We partner with you every step of the way to ensure Selah Grey Academy is the best fit for your student’s growth, needs, and future.
A Place Where Your Child Is Known, Loved, and Supported
We take time to know each student so we can create a plan that supports both learning and well-being.
Complete the Application
Tell us about your child.
Families begin by filling out our online application form, sharing important information about their child’s academic history, learning needs, and strengths. This helps us understand how Selah Grey Academy can best support your student.
Schedule a Family Conference
Let’s talk about your child’s unique needs.
After your application is reviewed, your family will be invited to a personal conference with our team. This meeting allows us to learn more about your child, answer your questions, and determine the best academic and therapeutic supports for their success.
Acceptance & Enrollment
Once accepted, families complete the enrollment form and submit the $150 enrollment fee to reserve their student’s spot. Our team will then guide you through next steps, including scheduling, services, and tuition assistance options.

Making the Switch
We understand that making the decision to switch schools is a big step, and it’s natural to have questions along the way. At Selah Grey Academy, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where every child is known, supported, and truly feels at home. Our goal is to partner with your family to ensure a smooth and encouraging transition for your child. We would love to invite you to come visit, meet our team, and experience firsthand the sense of belonging that defines our community.
